Yes, in general, chocolate, black is healthier than milk or white chocolate. Dark chocolate with antioxidants, which offer all sorts of health benefits loaded. The darker the better. Milk chocolate contains more fat than butter is why it is more fattening. If you can bear it, the bitterness of dark chocolate, more power to you!
